Cancelling
Stop whenever you like. Keep your data, post the box back.
There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancel in the dashboard and you will not be charged again.
Download your customer list first. You can download it for as long as your account is open, but export it anyway.
Post the box back within thirty days. If you want the physical removal doing, move the cable back to the router yourself, which takes about thirty seconds, or ask and we will talk you through it.
Your guest data is deleted ninety days after an account closes, or sooner if you ask.
