One price. Equipment included.
Per venue, not per access point, so a big place with Wi-Fi in every corner pays the same as a single small venue. No setup fee and nothing to buy.
What that covers
The equipment
A small box, configured before it reaches you, that connects to your existing router. It remains our property and is returned if you cancel.
Your branded page
Your logo, colours, photography and wording, on your own web address. Guests see your venue, not ours.
A customer list you own
Every sign-up, with consent recorded correctly. Export it as a spreadsheet at any time.
Automated follow-ups
A thank-you the following morning, a review invitation once the guest has left, and offers to customers who have not visited recently.
Printed codes
Table stands, window stickers, counter cards and posters, designed with your branding and posted to you.
Returning customers
See which customers visit regularly and which came only once, without anyone completing a form twice.
Questions people actually ask
- Is there a contract?
- No. The plan is monthly, or annual if you prefer to pay once. You can cancel at any time and return the box.
- Do I have to buy any equipment?
- No. The box is included and remains our property. It arrives configured and takes about twenty minutes to install.
- Will it work with my broadband?
- Yes, whoever supplies it. That is why we send equipment rather than publish a compatibility list. BT, Sky, Virgin Media, Vodafone, TalkTalk and business lines are all supported.
- What if I have Wi-Fi in several rooms?
- You pay per venue, not per piece of equipment. A site with access points on several floors pays the same £29 as a single-room venue.
- Who owns the customer data?
- You do. Export it as a spreadsheet at any time. We do not sell it, share it between venues, or market to your customers ourselves.
- What if it does not work for us?
- Tell us within 30 days and return the box, and we will refund you in full. After that the plan is monthly, so you can cancel at any time.
- What if I cancel?
- Export your list and return the box within thirty days. There is no cancellation fee and no final month to pay.
- Can it break my Wi-Fi?
- Switching Margovy off changes nothing on your router. To remove it entirely you move one cable back, which returns your network to exactly how it was.
- What about my card machine and tills?
- They stay on your existing router, on their own network. Guests never share a network with your payment terminal.
