What happens on installation day
About an hour, most of it spent on your page rather than your wiring.
The physical work takes twenty minutes. The rest is choosing what your page looks like and printing your codes.
We fill in your venue details together and pick your web address. This is permanent, because it ends up on printed material for your tables or counter.
Your logo and colours go in, with a live preview. Most people have it right in two minutes.
The box goes in: one cable from your router, one power lead. It needs to sit where your customers are, not in a back room.
We turn off your router’s own guest Wi-Fi, so nobody joins the old network and walks past your page.
We test it on your phone and ours, then unplug the box to show your internet is completely unaffected.
We print your table codes and put them out.
Have your broadband router login to hand. It is the one thing that can hold the whole appointment up.
