What to have ready
Three things, none of them technical.
Your router login. Usually printed on a sticker on the router itself, or in your broadband provider’s app. We need it once, to switch off the old guest network.
Your logo, as a PNG or JPG. Straight off your Facebook page is fine.
A power socket somewhere in the customer area, near enough to run a cable from your router.
That is genuinely everything. You do not need an IT person, a network diagram, or to know what any of your equipment is called.
