Downloading your customer list
Dashboard, Customers, Export. A spreadsheet, on your plan.
The export is a CSV, which opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
It contains everyone who has signed up, what they consented to, when they first came and when they were last seen.
It is yours. Downloadable as often as you like, and yours to take with you if you ever leave.
If you load it into another marketing tool, only message the people who ticked the box. The consent column tells you which ones those are.
