A customer asks to be removed
Find them, delete them. It takes about ten seconds and you must do it.
Under UK data protection law, a person can ask you to delete what you hold about them, and you have to do it.
Dashboard, then Customers.
Search their email address.
Open the record and choose Delete.
This removes their contact details and stops anything queued for them. Consent records are kept. A record of what someone agreed to, and when, is the evidence that you handled them correctly, so destroying it would leave you worse off.
If someone contacts us directly instead of you, we will pass it on rather than acting on your behalf.

If this did not solve it
Email hello@margovy.com. Tell us the venue name and what you were doing when it went wrong, and a person will reply.
